Over 50 Years of Music...
The Goderich Laketown Band is committed to supporting and promoting music in our community. We do this by opening our doors to musicians of all ages and abilities, and for those who think they need a little help getting up to speed, we may provide additional training so that they can contribute their musical talent with confidence. The Goderich Laketown Band provides a fun, relaxing environment in which to practice and learn, and we are always looking for new members. You don’t have to live in Goderich to join but we meet every Monday evening at Goderich District Collegiate Institute (260 South Street, Goderich) at 7:15.
The Goderich Laketown Band supports our musical community by performing at local events and by bringing in other musical groups to perform in our Sunday Concert in the Park series. This runs every Sunday, weather permitting, during the summer months at the sound stage in Harbour Park.
We are a volunteer organization. Membership is free, but the experience is priceless.
